How to do the 3 Day fruit flush?


Day 1
Mix a large blender with 32 oz of water and 6 scoops of Jay Robb brand or other natural whey, egg, or vegan protein powder with no artificial sweeteners. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy one 6 oz shake at

- 10 am
- 12 pm
- 2 pm
- 4 pm
Also, drink a glass of water 1 hour after each shake. Feel free to drink more water if desired.


Dinner
Make a large leafy green salad with 3-6 oz of chicken, fish or turkey. I like to make this around 6 pm. Feel free to add some lemon juice and olive oil for dressing.


Day 2
Instead of protein, we now start the fun part of the fruit flush. The fruit! Like day one, you will be eating every two hours. The difference now is that you will be eating one serving of fresh fruit instead of having a protein drink. Make sure it is fresh fruit and not canned or frozen.

Like Day 1, at 6 pm, make a large green salad with fish, turkey or chicken. If you need a little more protein, feel free to make one 8 oz protein shake with the salad.
Day 3
Same as day 2, rinse and repeat!
That’s pretty much it!
Your weight loss will vary depending on how much you need to lose, but I have lost 9 lbs in 3 days when I first started this fruit flush.
