My wife and I will be traveling to Australia next month, and we decided to see how much money we could save just by shopping at dollar stores and discount grocery markets. We have also reduced the number of times we eat out a week to 1-2 times We want to talk about how to eat healthy on a budget and lose weight. Using this same strategy, you can save money, get fit, and eat amazing and delicious meals all on a tight budget!

My wife and I live in California, so your options may differ depending on where you live. However, do not let that be an excuse to eat unhealthily.
