How to Drop a Pant Size in a Month
Now that summer is right around the corner, many people (and women specifically) are looking into how to drop a pant size in a month.
There are many factors to accomplish this, and we will dive into a few suggestions that can help you drop a pant size or more in a month!
Eat More Fruit and Vegetables

Most people know that fruits and veggies are great for health, but how do they help weight? Fruits and vegetables are full of fiber and water, which help keep you full when you are dieting.
When you feel fuller on fruits and vegetables, you are less likely to binge on other higher calories junk foods.
Fruits specifically are also a great alternative to sugar when you’re craving something sweet.
Exercise first thing in the morning on an empty stomach

I have been doing this for years with great results. By doing your cardiovascular exercise first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, your body has no choice but to start using stored body fat as energy.
Let’s say you eat a big bowl of oatmeal before you work out, the body will try to use the oatmeal first instead of storing body fat.
Get your steps in

Now that the weather is getting a little bit nicer, walking is a great way to burn fat. With smartphones and other technology consuming our daily lives, we as a society have become very sedentary.
Walking is a great way to get some daily exercise, burn calories, and just feel good. I like to shoot for around 10000 steps per day.
Eat more protein

Eating more protein is great for building muscle, but it is also an excellent way to help you burn more fat and lose weight. Protein has a thermogenic effect when digested. Protein is more challenging to burn than carbs, so it increases metabolism (1)
If you’re having issues with not eating enough protein, I recommend supplementing with a Whey Protein Powder.
We use Optimum Nutrition’s brand Natural Whey protein for many years. You can check current prices on My Supplement Store’s website here
Feel good about yourself
There is no point in taking all of these actions if you do not feel good about yourself. It can be tough when you are taught that being overweight is bad, but remember that you have to start somewhere.
Enjoy your journey from where you stand and have a clear vision of where you want to go. If you’re constantly beating up on yourself, your progress will slow down, or even worse, you’ll give up.
