There are many different diets, pills, and programs to help people lose weight. So why do so many people struggle with it? Is it due to poor genetics, eating junk food, or lack of exercise? These are certainly factors, but most people forget what we think is the most important part of your success in losing weight. Your mindset. In this article, we want to discuss how to lose weight using the Law of Attraction.
Placebo Effect


The issue that most people have with a mindset is how you can measure this scientifically. And while you can’t measure it specifically, there is a science behind it.
Let me explain…
When pharmaceutical companies test certain medications, a placebo pill often has a greater effect on a symptom than the medication specifically designed to help with that symptom.
Why is that?
The people in those studies all have their own beliefs about what they are taking, which influences the results.
In regards to your body, if you believe you will achieve positive change in your life, you will. But if you feel negative or guilty for being overweight, those are not beliefs that will serve you in positive lasting change.
You are what you eat, and you are what you think
We believe in a principle called “The Law of Attraction.”

If you are unfamiliar, The Law of Attraction is a belief that what you attract in your life is due to your thoughts and feelings.
The same is true for your body. If you are feeling overweight and unhappy, you will eat unhealthy foods to compensate for that feeling.
So if you’re feeling rich and abundant, you will attract opportunity and money. If you feel poor and lacking, you will attract debt and more expenses you can’t handle.
If you feel healthy and confident about yourself, you will be inspired to exercise and eat foods your body thrives on.
In time, your body will become lean and pleasing to the eye.
Your beliefs are powerful


If you are reading this, you may be one of the millions in the world who has worked out excessively and eaten a perfect diet of chicken and broccoli but only received minimal results. I have seen it time and time again.
The people I see who succeed in changing their bodies, whether they want to lose fat or build muscle, got to the point where success was the only option. You have to get to the point where you not only believe you will achieve your goals, YOU KNOW IT!

Your beliefs are extremely powerful, and until you believe you will achieve weight loss, no amount of workouts, diets, or weight loss pills will make a significant lasting change.
What next?
Using this information, you may wonder how you can apply it to your life to make a change. Here are some tips I would use to change my mindset regarding losing weight:
- Feel good as much as you can
- Take inspired action because you want to do it, not because someone else recommends it.
- Drink more water
- Meditate to clear your mind
- Spend time with positive uplifting people
- Make lists of things in your life you appreciate
- Visualize in your mind exactly how you want to look and feel
Once you start moving in a positive direction, you will be amazed at how much your life will change.
Taking Action
As a society, we are taught that the ones who work the hardest are the ones who get the most reward. So why do my bosses who do less work get paid more? It is not about the action but about how you feel while taking action.
The key to your success is feeling good and then taking inspired action.
