As a woman, a sports bra is essential before you begin any kind of exercise plan. Since women have extra weight in the front of the body, a proper sports bra should be your first starting point.
When my wife began jumping rope, she noticed the lack of support in her current bra. The intense movement caused by exercise can even cause tears to the ligaments around the breast tissue.
Because of this, it is important to have that extra support to prevent those types of injuries.

A good set of workout shoes make all the difference when working out. You will exert much energy, so a pair of excellent shoes is worth the investment. We like to use cross trainers because you can do many different types of exercise and are not as limited as a running shoe.

Remember to stay hydrated! A good rule of thumb we recommend is drinking half your body weight in ounces of water a day.
