It has only 80 calories per serving, 5 grams fat, and 8 grams of muscle-building protein.     Clementine Oranges

    Clementine oranges or “cuties” are a great sweet treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth while helping you lose weight fast. 3 baby oranges only have 105 calories and 0 grams of fat. These baby oranges are also great when mommas are trying to get rid of the baby weight after pregnancy.

    They are a little bit higher in sugar, but the fruit fiber balances out the sugar’s glycemic load on the body. Also, the body tends to process fruit sugars better than other types of sugar.

    Apples and Peanut Butter

    Apples with Peanut Butter are a great snack that tastes amazing and keeps you full. Make sure you are using natural peanut butter to reduce the sugar you take in.

    1 serving only has 150 calories, 11 grams of fat, and 5 grams of protein to build your muscles.

    Baked Sweet Potato Chips

    My wife and I love to snack on chips! Baked Sweet Potato chips are a healthy option for those who want something crispy and savory.
