1. Make Better Choices
It can be challenging when you were essentially able to eat whatever you want to make better choices. However. You can still enjoy delicious foods to lose baby weight fast.
Instead of getting a pizza, make your own with low-fat cheese, natural tomato sauce, and lots of vegetables. Yum!
Got a craving for a burger? Make a turkey burger with low-fat cheese and light mayo with a side salad. Eating healthy does not have to be boring!
2. Eating for 1
Remember you are now eating for one less person. Therefore, your calorie intake should adjust and match that.

I’ve found that you are more likely to go way over your calories without portion control.

Remember that weight loss takes time. Although you can speed up the process using these tips, they are not magic. A realistic goal should generally be 1-2 pounds per week.
You will lose weight in the first week, so when week two comes, and the results are not as fast, most people get discouraged.
Be prepared for this and understand your results will not happen overnight.
Set a realistic goal you believe you can achieve and work toward that goal.
10. Eat out less
