Most people know that drinking more water is good for your health. But what most people may not understand is how the water is affected by the thoughts that we think. You may be wondering, how can the thoughts I think, affect the water I drink?
According to Dr. Masaru Emoto, author of “Messages from Water and the Universe” , the thoughts and intentions of human beings affect the physical reality around us. In order to prove this, Dr. Emoto photographed frozen water samples to show how thoughts change physical reality. Each sample had different written or spoken words associated with them. The images below show the phrases associated with each sample.
“You make me sick”

“Love and Gratitude”

When I first saw this, it blew my mind. Water thrives in a positive environment, but becomes polluted and mutated when negativity is introduced. Since our bodies are composed primarily of water, it makes perfect sense of why we should be thinking and feeling positive emotion as much as we can.
I have a perfect example of this in my life when I did not get sick for almost two years. I was around many people who were sick including my wife Laura, yet I stayed healthy. Laura and I got into a fight a few months back and I got my first cold in two years. I know the reason I did not stay healthy was because of how I was feeling emotionally. It goes against what most of our taught, but I feel it is one of the most valuable lessons I could ever teach.
Judgment (“You make me sick”) creates toxicity while “Love and Appreciate” creates a perfect piece of art.
